Premier Banking is the newest banking concept in Kosovo, which includes personalized banking services for a number of customers who have managed to save larger sum of assets or have higher monthly income.

What does BKT offer through Premier Banking?

The PREMIER concept includes the following services:

Personal banker for your deposits, credits or other banking services (cards, e-Banking, payments, transfers, etc.)
Priority and appointed meetings with bank officials for advising on investment and lending opportunities
Preferential terms for bank deposits and loans
Credit Cards with higher limits for online payments and POS payments
Other tailor-made services based on your preferences

How does BKT Premier Banking work?

BKT Premier Banking operates through selected bank officials who are assigned with a portfolio of clients qualifying for premier service.

Clients assigned in the Personal Banker’s Portfolio benefit from Premier Banking services being in direct and ongoing contact with their banker for all banking services such as: investment requests for their savings, investment or personal loan requirements, requests for cards or assistance in the use of electronic services, payment and transfer requests, etc.
